Network connectivity problems

I have several computers connected through 2 wireless
routers. After 2 power outages, the routers settings were
messed up and have since been restored. Since then, all
users have been having problems connecting to one specific
computer on our network. I am able to ping the other PC's
IP addresses from this computer, but requests are timed
out when I try to ping the main computer from all the
others. Users are mostly using Windows 98 O/S, but I do
have one user who is using Windows Me.
I have tried mapping network drives by name and IP address
with no luck and have gotten error messages like"Server
not accessible", "Computer or share name not
found". "Network path not found".
In addition, while on the main PC, I cannot see any other
PCs in our network in its Network Neighborhood.
Please help!
Thanks
