Network connections not automatically restored at startup

I have a wireless network at home with several XP Home machines connected to an XP Pro machine. Many times when I reboot one of the XP Home machines, none of the mapped network drives are automatically reconnected (have to click on each one individually to restore the connection to the Pro machine).

On our network at work (where we connect to an NT 4 box), this problem was fixed by making the workstation logon password the same as the corresponding NT account login password, but I tried this at home and it doesn't work here.

Any suggestions or help to get these connections to automatically reconnect at startup would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
