Network Connections hangs in Windows 2000 Server

Greetings all
When I try to access Network Connections in Control Panel, the whol
explorer window hangs indefinitely. However, when I go into th
Services to see, the Network Connection services is up and running
Been trying to troubleshoot to find out the cause of this problem bu
to no avail. I've read in this pos

does not seem to help, as we do not run any UPS software on thi
server. Anyone can help on this? Much appreciated. Thank
