Logged in as administrator. I have a 2003 server that will
not display the protocol or services. If you go into
network connections and doubble click a adapter it will
show the general and support tabs with the current
properties. But if you click the properties button only
client for microsoft network will display. And you can not
add protocols or services. I have tested on another server
and recreated the problem By removing WLB keys in the
registary and have been able to fix by moving the keys
back. The problem is this is a production server and can
only be taken offline for a short time. I tried to move
the keys from the test server to the production but this
did not work. Is their a way to remove all of the
networking and reinstall it. I tried on the test server to
upgrade after the problem was created but after the
upgrade it still has the problem.

You can reset TCP/IP using the
netsh int ip reset <logfile>
This rewrites registry keys that are used by TCP/IP. It is
just like removing and reinstalling the protocol.
