network configuration wizard not start in windows server 2003

Hello,
I am trying to ad a new laptop to the network but when I go to
http://servername/computerconnect , the wizard does not start and I get an
error on the page that says that permission is denied.. The client is winxp
pro sp2

Server is SBS 2003. Any help appreciate asap

That is an sbs specific command. Try the sbs newsgroup

microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
