Yes, if I read your line wrapping correctly!
Everything is attached on the internal LAN. The only point is doubling of
network traffic as data goes from a local machine, to the linux box, back
out on the LAN and to the router. As it's highly unlikely your maximum
internet connection speed is anywhere near your LAN speed though you should
be fine.
If you want remote access to the Windows machines (via RDP I assume) then
you'll need to forward one port to each machine's 3389 port. If you're using
MSN remote control I'm not sure what you need.
