Try:
1. Administrative Tools/Services - make sure the Plug and Play service is
started.
2. Open Device Manager: If the network is listed but designated as not
working properly, right click on it and select properties. Click the Driver
tab, select Update driver and install the latest Win2k drivers from the
manufacturer. If the adpter is not listed in Device Manager, look for
unidentified devices - one of them is probably the network adapter, and you
can update the driver in the same manner.
