Network card only loads some times on boot

Hi,

I'm running Suse 9.2 with a Micro-Star International NetXtreme BCM5702X
Gigabit Ethernet card and the fallowing problem happens in gentoo, suse
9.1, and 9.2 so I think it is a driver or kernel problem. the problem
is as fallows.

On boot the network card is loaded, some times it dose load but it is
till registered as being installed, and other times it works fine.
There seems to be no pattern to the problem and it dose not matter if
the network card is setup with DHCP or as a static IP address. On a
reboot the network card is loaded normally most of the time.

Any help, thanks
