It is possible, but it is not network load balancing (NLB) feature of OS.
Short description of NLB feature is when you have two or more servers
sharing one virtual IP address.
What you want (or describe) is network teaming feature. This feature is
provided by network card manufacturers, not Windows 2000/2003. Check Intel
and 3Com web sites or google about "network teaming".
