Network card gets stuck after some time of high traffic load

Hi,

after streaming audio for about 10 minutes my ethernet connection gets
faulty. When I reset the device mtu it works fine again. It is a Marvell
Yukon Chipset using kernel 2.6.11.

Has anybody else experienced something like this before. Is my network
setup faulty or the nic broken?
