Network can't see server

Users can't see mappings anymore...

From a child domain, I can ping the ip address of our parent server, but
can't map to parent server on the domain. What did I undo to kill my
logins.

I would check the DNS settings first.

I was able to test the DNS and it appear to pass tests using "dcdiag.exe"
