Network can't print

My server and all the workstations all of a sudden have stopped
printing. I am using a printserver, a switch (where all the
workstations are connected) and a router connected to the Internet. I
have tried disconnecting the cables and reconnecting. I rebooted the
server, but still it says communication not available. I would
appreciate any input on this.

can you ping the printer server from other workstation?
what operating system are you use for pc that is connected with your
printer?
is your printer connect to pc or has it's own IP?

It has its own IP.When I ping the printer it gives Hardware Error.

john u need to check the interface card on network printer. IT may be
bcoz of .network card failure
