Are the two PCs located in the same house? If so, get an inexpensive
broadband router to share a single Internet IP address between them.
The router will give the computers compatible private IP addresses and
allow them to network with each other.
Are the two PCs in different locations, with separate broadband
Internet connections? If so, trying to network them with each other
over the Internet is very difficult and might expose them to undesired
access by other Internet users.
