I used to have win98se and in program files, accessories,
system tools, i had a netwatch. I could see if i had some
people using the shares i created. Now i have 2000, and i
don't have it anymore?

Does anyone know how to get it back.

That capability is built into 2000, not in a separate program like
Netwatch:

1. Right click My Computer.
2. Click Manage.
3. In the left pane, click System Tools.
4. In the right pane, double click Shared Folders.
5. In the right pane, double click "Sessions" or "Open Files".
