I've been using Netstumbler around town to locate the hotspots. I had
my GPS hooked up and got coordinates. However, Netstumbler won't
allow me to highlight and copy the data. I want to input the data
into a GPS program to designate the hotspots on a map. Any program
that reads the Netstumbler data file? Or converts it to text?

File-export-summary will give you a lat/long text file of the strongest
signal for each WAP. File-export-text will give you all of the readings,
if you want to plot the strength limits of a particular WAP. I edit that
output a little for input into either Delorme Street Atlas or Microsoft
Streets and Trips.

http://www.netstumbler.com/cgi-bin/mappoint.php provides a tool for
converting your NetStumbler into a file suitable for import into Microsoft
MapPoint, which is the same format as Streets & Trips.
