the programmer of net stumbler shows his geekness... if you open net
stumbler in resource hacker to string table> 132 you will find "all
your base are belong to us"

maybe a neighbor has restrung it and left that cutesy message for when you
tap on his door.

I think that's for version 0.4.0 only (not sure).

identify NetStumbler traffic (Craik). LLC-encapsulated frames
generated by NetStumbler will use an organizationally unique
identifier (OID) of 0x00601d and protocol identifier (PID) of 0x0001.

NetStumber also uses a data payload size of 58 bytes containing a
unique string that can be used to identify the version of NetStumbler:
Version String
0.3.2 Flurble gronk bloopit, bnip Frundletrune
0.3.2 All your 802.11b are belong to us
0.3.3 " intentionally blank"
Note the leading spaces in the 0.3.3 version.
