netsh bridge command

I'm trying to set up a network bridge on a W2K3 server between an ethernet
network and a wireless network. I can create a bridge with both cards, but
all connectivity seems to stop at this point. Articles I have read make me
think the problem may be that the wireless card is not in promiscuous mode.
The articles suggest using the netsh bridge command. This command is not
available on my W2K3 server. It is available on an XP machine I own, but
that is not the machine I need to have the bridge on. Is there some update
I'm missing that might have the netsh bridge command for W2K3?

The answer was SP1 for Windows Server 2003. It brought in the netsh bridge
command and I was able to enable promicuous mode on both cards.
Everything's working great now. Anyone who's looking to try this should
