Netscreen device

Hi all

I recently purchased a Netscreen 5 device off ebay with the hope of being
able to throttle p2p and other stuff such as battle net etc. Having got the
manual, I think I have set it up correctly (I have added the service with
the required port, then a policy and set its priority below that of HTTP),
but it doesn't seem to be having the desired effect.

Has anyone used one of these devices to do this and who could let me have a
copy of their config or give me some idea of what I am doing wrong.
