netperf 2.3pl1 now available

Folks -

Version 2.3pl1 of netperf is now available at:

This version fixes a bug, introduced in revision 2.3, in
create_data_socket() in nettest_bsd.c that manifests itself
(generally) as a "connection refused" error in the UDP_* tests. There
is also some experimental, still HP-UX-specific, code to set, via the
netperf command-line, processor affinity for the netserver. That code
could likely be broadened in terms of platform scope if someone were
suitably inclined.
