Netlogon, PDC emulator failure

I have three Windows 2003 Enterpise Server Domain Controllers in teh Windows
2003/XP native active directory domain. FMSO roles are split; one of the
DCs has PDC, RID and Infrastructure Roles, another DC has Schema and Domain
Naming roles.

Right now trust relationship is failing amongst the doamin controllers.
netdiag shows that the trust relationship is broken, and dcdiag shows that
the PDC DC is down (even though it is up). I am able to connect to all of
the domain controllers from all clients, and all DCs can connect to one
another.

Stopping and restarting netlogon on the two non-PDC DCs has usually solved
teh problem, but is is not working. How do I renable netlogon/trust
relationship between the PDC-emulator DC and the other DCs?

I wonder - was your issue ever resolved?
