I have a lot of netlogon error 5513 in my event log and I can't find anything
on the suport site. any insight would be great

These error tell me the session is out of date (possibly that specific
computer has been offline for a length of time). If these are in a VPC or
VMware, you're probaby deleting the changes on these machines, but yet the
DCs are not being deleted, therefore when the machine comes back up, it is
not aware of the password changes for the secure IPC$ channel.

I remember this error from NT 4.0. This error usually occurs on an
NT 4.0 BDC after someone replaces the PDC by choosing PDC
during the reinstall process. A new domain is created with a different
SID or security id. The id is created during the install process and is
domain specific. You have to reinstall or use a third party utility to
change the SID on the BDC.
