netlogon 5737 error

Hi gurus

I have the following problem that I need help with:

I have a w2k server sp4,is a member server, the netlogon service dont start,
no matter what I do, it just keep giving an error

can's
I can ping the server, I can ping from the server, I can map the server
(\\server\floder\),

cant's
I can not rdp the computer and my netlogon service does start no matter what,
I assume the rdp problem is related to the netlogon service not starting

I get error 7024 and 5737 with my netlogon service.

I found a few KB here on mic. but none of then fit the need(one of them is
for sp2,avaliant software,apc software,kernel key,)

Thanks for any help I might get gurus.

I would check the firewall first. these search results may help,

what do you mean by "firewall" its a w2k server ,member server?
