Netgear-WG602v2 access point

The Netgear access point works fine, there is one little thing that
bothers me,one of the three LDs the ethernet, blinks about three times
every four seconds, and all the leds on the switch blink along with
it.Is that a normal condition? thanks

What's it connected to? This is normal for some types of consumer broadband
(e.g., cable modem).

It is connected to an SMC7008ABR Router.and the router to a Toshiba
cable modem
