Netgear WG511 and IBM Thinkpad

I have a IBM Thinkpad running Windows 2000 Professional. I'm trying to
install a Netgear WG511 wireless network card. I downloaded and
installed the latest drivers for the device but I get an error message
stating that the device could not start (Code 10).

Anyone have any ideas?
