Netgear WG311 loses connection to access point

Well the subject says it all. I have the card installed on a pc running
windows xp pro and from time to time I lose my connection to the network but
as soon as I reboot, hey presto, everything is fine. I have the latest
drivers and firmware installed so need further advice please. I have other
pc's with a mix of XP and 98 running fine but this one which is the newest
edition to my 'family' is playing up and may well be 'adopted' if no one can
help.
