Netgear WFG114P #2 Problem

I trying to get this routers WEP working I did a firmware update. Like an
real idiot I screwed up the update. Now this unit is dead, all I get is
flashing between PWR and TEST. Reset has no affect, searched their website,
no results.
Any suggestions before I dump this unit?
