Netgear PS401

I was told this PCMCIA card is a rebaged MA401, I am trying to use this card
in my notebook. I could not find a PS401 driver, I downloaded the current
MA401 driver, but could not install this card this way. Does anyone know
how to make this card work in a notebook?
