Yeah I remember seeing deals on the MR814 over the holidays (as low as
$29.98 USD after rebate). I was tempted because of the cost.
I already have a very good router/firewall (Netgear RO318), so I was
only interested in a wireless AP. This way I can physically turn off the
AP (connected to it's own power strip) when not in use...without
touching my router/firewall.
There are several features on the ME103 that really have my interest:
support for 802.1x (RADIUS support) and disabling broadcast of the SSID.
I don't believe the MR814 supports either.
I went ahead and ordered the ME103...
