Netgear MR814 Cisco PCM352 WEP problem

I'm trying to connect a Netgear MR814 wireless router to a Cisco PCM352 in
a home wireless network. Setup is windows XP with "Let windows manage
wireless network" unchecked. Everything works with WEP disabled. The Cisco
card is used at a university with LEAP. I set up a new connection in the
Cisco ACU software for the home network. Have tried every permutation of WEP
I can imagine and have had no success. Any suggestions? Is it possible that
they are not compatible?
