Netgear MR 814 port forwarding help please

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a webcam to work my Netgear MR 814 router. I need
to port forward ports 2047 and 2048. The server I use is for the
webcam www. camarades.com and it says I need to set up:

IN TCP 2047 2048
IN UDP 2047 2048

In the port forwarding section of the router page, I see you can add a
new service, which you can pick http, ftp, etc. I can't for the life
of me figure out how to set up TCP and UDP! I have contacted Netgear
support and they just sent me a generic how to set up your router.
