Hi Group,

I wonder if anybody can put me right on this.

I have a MA311 PCI 802.11b card in a Windows Box. I'd like to attach a
home made style Cantenna to extend the range. I'm trying to understand
what cable and connectors I need for this.

I've found a company that will make up the cable as required. I think
I need the following,

A length of LMR400 style coax ( 50 ohms, 12GHZ max )
SMA Plug at one end
N Plug at other end.

Do I need a seperate Pigtail also?

If somebody can confirm or correct me I'd appreciate it. Once
confirmed I can then look at making the Cantenna.

Thanks in advance,

Steve
