You need to go into properties for that network card and uncheck the
box for ""Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings."
[Start/Control Panel/Network Connections/ right-click the "Wireless
Network Connection" that corresponds to that card, and choose
"properties," click the "Wireless Networks" tab and uncheck the box.]
Then use the Netgear software to configure the card. Just double
click the little icon in the system tray (lower right bottom of
screen).
