In an article on tech stocks, today's Wall Street Journal has this to
say about Netgear's IPO (up 26% on the first day of trading):

Is Netgear the sort of "quality company" we've been promised will be
the only sort going public from now on? Well, if you want to own
shares in a company in a brutal commodity business with perpetually
declining prices, that has lost money in three of the past four years,
and that numbers Cisco and Dell among its competitors - I salute you!
