Hi guys,

I have a Netgear DB104 10/100 network starter kit that I have been using
without any problems for years. I recently reformatted my Win98 PC and
stupidly didn't check all the drivers before doing it. Now, I am unable to
find the disk that was supplied with the network adaptors. The thing is,
Netgear don't seem to care, they have ceased support for this version! Their
website has no info or downloads for the DB104. I have tried in vain to
locate a driver for this network adaptor, does anyone know of a location
where I can obtain one from? Alternativley, is another driver compatible
with my hardware that I can use?

If not, I guess I'll have to buy a new network adaptor, which is very
annoying as there is nothing wrong with the one I've got! Hope someone is
able to help.

I had a quick look but couldn't find a driver for it.

It ain't all that bad though....

Prices after VAT

£5 from Dabs
http://www.dabs.com/uk/channels/hard...quicklinx=1Y31

£3.15 from Scan
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...ProductID=1790
But these guys are robbing bastards as they'll charge you £10 for delivery

£3.59 from Ebuyer
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=37966

£3.33 from PC WORLD !!!!!!
http://www.pcwcomponentcentre.co.uk/invt/13538

Alternatively, if you're in the North West UK, Liverpool to be exact, I'd
be willing to drop one off for you.

Thanks for the links and the offer, I live in the South East though. However
I was going to PC World tomorrow to pick up a DVD drive, so if nobody is
able to provide a driver for my network adaptor by then I'll pick one up in
store, I shouldn't think it'll cost a lot more.
