No. You may be able configure forwarding to *all* IP addresses on the LAN
(ie broadcast), but only for UDP. This may only work in one direction,
and/or cause unwanted effects.

The easiest way is to try whatever it is that you required the port to be
forwarded in the first place. The only other general solutions are to use a
packet sniffer or a generic network tool like netcat. For forwarded TCP
ports, telnet can often be used. In all cases, you need to test with a
machine on the WAN side of the router.
