Netgear DG814 and msn file transfers

Hi all,

I have a Netgear DG814 which I have been updating as and when the updates
have been coming out and so now currently on version 4.10 which is stable
and fine but I am having a problem with msn file transfers.

I previously assumed it was a problem with my friends' sides when I sent
them files over msn but now I have realised that really slow transfers
happen with so many people it is probably my end. Any ideas? Seriously my
msn upload speed could be faster with dialup! It crawls at sometimes 1kbps!
Also latest version of msn by the way.

Elsewhere e.g. with hosting ftp server, http server, or sending files via
ftp to my isp's webserver uploads are quite nippy. Really don't get it!

Oh and this is with my firewall turned off so it isn't a firewall issue.

Any ideas please would be really appreciated!
