Hi,
I have several PC's, but turning two of them on at the same time causes
a problem to one - just the same two each time. My first guess was that
I had most likely configured the IP's of both systems the same, hence
the problem, but they are different.
One is a laptop using 54g wireless to connect and the other a 100Mb
wired connection. The laptop uses ???.???.???.180 and the desktop
???.???.???.178 and the Netgear DG834G uses an IP of ???.???.???.176. A
LAN printer is on 177.
Turn the laptop on and I have normal access, but then turn the desktop
on and the laptops access to the LAN and Internet becomes intermitant.
The desktop retains full and normal access throughout. The Netgear is
using the latest beta firmware V2.10.16.
Rebooting the router (whilst both systems are running) seems to restore
access to the laptop for a while each time.
