As some will know, I have the Netgear DG814 router which I bought
from broadbandbuyer.co.uk. I have had nothing but trouble with
this router and things just got worse.

I bought the router to use with the 8 IP routed package from Zen
and today I have contacted broadbandbuyer.co.uk who tell me that
this router is not suitable for routed IP installations. They
also tell me they will charge a "restocking fee" to take it back
and my only option to compensate is to buy another "second-hand"
item from them.

While I understand their position and had this been my fault I
would say fair enough, but it is not my fault.. They now suggest
an D-Link DSL504 which I assume has better "router features".

Not sure what to do about this and I have yet to call them back,
but I'm considering returning the router and insisting on a
refund.
