Neteyes Cyclone 200 ADSL Load Balancer problems

We have a Neteyes Cyclone 200 which is used to balance traffic between
two 512k DSL connections - one on Demon and the other using Zen
internet.

The Demon connection is routed by a Dlink DSL-504 router configured
with the Cyclone 200 in its DMZ.

The Zen connection uses a Allied Telesyn AR250 (NAT enabled) router
without a DMZ due to hardware restrictions.

On the whole the setup runs very well & we are pleased with the
Cyclone's performance, however we have found a couple of problems when
accessing some sites:

Yahoo webmail
eBay
Hotmail

to name a few. The problem is that initially the connection seems to
be working fine, however when you attempt a search in eBay or to read
mail in Yahoo (after logging in), the pages time out and nothing is
displayed. It doesn't matter which connection is in use as we have
tried disconnecting them in turn to no avail. The router has port 443
bound to WAN1 to allow smooth SSL usage (this works okay!) and we have
applied the latest firmware.

If you disconnect the cyclone and use the connection directly plugged
into the back of each router everything is fine.

Can anyone throw some light on to why this may be happening???
