Netdiag /fix help

ran netdiag /fix on y windows 2003 R2 Standard DC server sp2

get this error

Domain membership test Failed
warning the system volume has not been completly replicated to the local
machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC

In event viewer I see 13565 and 13508 warnings at system startup

This is a new DC that I added to my existing network
The original DC has a prblem also when I run ntfrsutl dc dc1

ERROR cannot bind w/authentication to computer, dc1 000006d9 (1753)
ERROR Cannot bind w/o authentication to computer dc1 000006d9 (1753)
ERROR Cannot RPC to computer dc1 000006d9 (1753)

something is wrong here and I do not know where to look at this point

Any ideas or suggestions

Hello Thomas,

This belongs to your DNS configuration. See the answer in microsoft.public.windows.server.dns
The new DC has no proper connection because of the ip configuration.

And please try to stick to one posting and do not post that much different
one's all belonging to the same problem.

You should think about using a newsreader where you can use crossposting
and have all answers readable for anybody.
