I tried to run netdiag.exe on my Windows Svr 2003 DC and
one XP workstation. Everytime I run the program, I got the
following error:

Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point DnsGetPrimaryDomainName_UTF8
could not be located in the dynamic link libray DNSAPI.dll

Please help! Thank You!
