NetComm 1300 ADSL modem/router + dyndns.org.

Using Mandrake 10.1 on ADSL.

I have the above modem working O.K on ordinary connections to the Internet,
with an IP address dynamically assigned by my ISP.

I had a ppp connection to dyndnds.org working O.K. with dd client.

Combining the two doesn't work. If I go to the assigned IP address, I get
the internal setup page of the modem. If I use the "FW" option in
ddclient, the assigned username and password give "invalid login". (I have
tried both the login I use to access the setup and my account login here.)

Others seem to be using this modem O.K. What have I missed?
