NETBT error Event ID: 4321 explaination needed

Can someone give me a reason why I am getting the following error in my
system log? The system is Windows 2003 server. The role of this server
that is getting the error is domain controllers, DNS, DHCP.

The error in the system log is the following:
Source: NETBT
Event ID: 4321
Description:
The name "NAME :1d" could not be registered on the Interface with IP address
X.X.X.X. The machine with the IP address X.X.X.X did not allow the name to
be claimed by this machine.
