NETBT Error on DC

We have a DC that started logging the following error in its system event
log
The machine with IP 10.3.1.3 is another DC in the same domain and site
What can I do to solve the problem ?

Hi ,
I've read the thread but restarting the computer browser service didn't
help .
Instead I found that when I restarded the DC which held the master
browser role it cannot register itself as MB again .

Is the DC multihomed?

Is the name EUROPE also possibly a group name, user name or share name on
the other machine or somewhere else in your network?
