In the client workstation I can see the entire network and no problems in
access everything

In the server - I can ping every workstation by NetBIOS name and by ip
I can not access by \\worstation and can’t access by ip but I can access the
share folders
I do not have the Microsoft network and I only have the terminal server
network
I check the netbios over tcp/ip - ok
Client for Microsoft – ok
Net view show all station

Anyone can help??

As the link mentioned, the System error 53 is firewall or name resolution issue. To test it, do "net view \\workstationipaddress"
