Is netbios enabled option the default in a Windows 2003 dhcp server?

Is the netbios enabled option the default in a Windows 2003 dhcp
server?
I know how to set the option to disable netbios from the dhcp server
options, but I can't find any way to force it to be enabled.

Anybody know?

If I remeber correctly that is conrolled by Node type. You want H-Node
(hybrid) enabled, typically.
