Netbios Alias problem

Hi,


I've modify my server registry so that it can be reached from network share
by any name (depending on my dns setting).
It works very fine from any client in my network, but don't work if server
call itself with the alternative name (I need to do this because I have an
application on server that require it).

Any suggestion?
