Problem: I have an Me system on a peer-to-peer net. I can
not browse the net or use Net View commands. I do have
TCP/IP functionality. I can ping the systems on my net and
I can get out to the internet for web browsing. When I try
using the NET VIEW commans I get the following error;
"ERROR 3545: You can not start or stop the network from
within an MS-DOS window."
I have the system set up for Client for Microsoft Network
login. This is the only Me system on the network. Others
ar XP an 98. I have disabled Browsemaster on both the Me
and 98 system. I think the key thing is that I can not
even run a NET VIEW against my own computer.
HELP!!!!
Steve.
