Windows 95/98/Me computers can receive "Net Send" messages by running
the WinPopup program. To install it on Windows 95, go to Control
Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup | Accessories. To install
it on Windows 98 or Windows Me, go to Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs | Windows Setup | System Tools.
RealPopup, free from <http://www.realpopup.it>, does the same thing
and is easier to use.
