NET SEND problem - slow in sending messages

Hi all,

I always use NET SEND in Win XP to communicate with my teammates. But
sometimes I found the NET SEND command very slow in sending out messages and
need me to wait for a long time (~10-15 secs) before returning me the
cursor. There is no such problem in receiving message.

Anyone can help me resolving this problem?
